Essential Chef - New blogger

I'm new to this blogging thing... what to write... My business is exciting, I really like it. I'd love more clients to really make it work. I can see why people work for other caterers, that way you get to work and you don't have a carload of materials and supplies to load and then unload at midnight. It's fun to do the whole shabang, but I don't need to always been the top chef. With the personal chef stuff, I get to do everything, but there is a lot less hauling involved. Much more user friendly.

Why would anyone want to run a restaurant? Or why would anyone want to run a restaurant where they had to keep a deep fryer cleaned? It is the dirtiest piece of machinery and cooks the worst type of food for you. I know people love fried food, but yuck!
